TERMS OF USE 1. Copyrights The contents of ircns.org are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or display any copyrighted material on the ircns.org web site without the prior written consent of International Research Center of Natural Science, hereafter referred to as IRCNS, except as provided below. You may copy and print a limited amount of content, and you may download IRCNS .pdf content, for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you include all copyright and other notices contained in the content and that you do not modify the content. 2. Logo You may not use any IRCNS logos or graphics without prior written consent of IRCNS except in connection with the personal, noncommercial use of IRCNS forms. 3. Links to IRCNS Web Site IRCNS is an organization committed to the highest natural healing ethics and standards. Therefore, any link to IRCNS webisite should not (a) suggest that IRCNS promotes or endorses any third party's causes, ideas, web sites, products or services, or (b) use IRCNS content for inappropriate commercial purposes. We reserve the right to withdraw permission for any link. 4. Indemnification You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the site. Password Security If you register to become an ircns.org member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur. 7. General Provisions a. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by IRCNS of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. b. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. IRCNS therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. IRCNS does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected. c. Enforcement. If any part of this agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
